The new building offers 57 apartments for rent with 9 functional layouts – from compact 40 m² studio apartments to 62-106 m² one- and two-bedroom apartments. 

Most apartments have a balcony or even two, while 1st floor residents can enjoy a private terrace. Residents also have access to a cosy recreation area for relaxation and leisure with a variety of greenery. 

The apartments are available fully or partly furnished, allowing for the most suitable choice.

The building meets the requirements of Class A energy performance standards and Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB), ensuring reduced energy consumption and sustainable operation. Its design also adheres to LEED principles, emphasising high quality, environmental and user comfort criteria.

Fully furnished apartments are ready for move-in. They include both built-in and freestanding furniture, with complete bedroom and living room furnishings, as well as a dining area. The interior features Kave Home furniture.


PARTIALLY FURNISHED APARTMENTS

Partly furnished apartments offer flexibility in shaping the interior, while providing essential built-in elements and equipment.  


All apartments include built-in wardrobes and kitchens with Egger and Cosentino worktops, BLUM hardware, a Franke sink and GROHE mixer tap, as well as Bosch appliances. Day and night curtains, ceiling lighting by Astro Lighting, and laundry appliances are also included.
