Quarter Office Buildings Awarded 1st Place at the Latvian Construction Annual Award 2025

Magdelēnas kvartāls office buildings have been awarded 1st place at the Latvian Construction Annual Award 2025 in the category “New Public Building – Office Building”.

The project was recognised for its high architectural quality, sustainable solutions, and its contribution to the urban environment.

A total of 130 projects from across Latvia were submitted to the competition, representing a wide range of developments. Entries were evaluated across 10 categories by a jury of industry professionals.

Now in its 12th year, the award is organised by the Building Design and Construction Council in collaboration with industry partners, bringing together professionals, developers, architects, and experts from across the field.
